Self Catering Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy
A Deposit of £100 per week is required to book; the Rent is due 60 days before Entry. If you decide to cancel your Booking, the Deposit and Rent can only be refunded if the property can be re-let for the period you booked. The Deposit is returned in full at the end of your stay, providing the property is left in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it. Failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of £50 being made for cleaning. The cost of repair or replacement of any damage or breakage caused during your stay may be deducted from your Deposit, or paid for separately. Energy Usage: Summer Rentals (April to end September) include £20 of Heat & Light. Rentals from October to end March do not include Heat and Light, metered usage of which will be deducted from the Deposit at the end of your stay, along with any other outstanding charges (i.e. Telephone if applicable to longer stays)
Payments can be made (a) By cheque to ‘Mrs Fiona Graham’, (b) By MASTERCARD/VISA CREDIT Card (incurring a 2% surcharge), or (c) By MASTERCARD/VISA DEBIT Card (no charge). We strongly recommend that a Cancellation Policy be taken out to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
