Self Catering Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy

A Deposit of £100 per week is required to book. This deposit is only refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let for the period booked. The Deposit is returned in full at the end of your stay, providing the property is left in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it, and any damage or breakage caused during your stay has been paid for. Failure to do this will result in a minimum charge of £50 being made for cleaning..Rentals in the winter months (October to end March) do not include heat and light and these will be deducted from the Deposit at the end of your stay, along with any other outstanding charges (i.e. Telephone if applicable, for longer stays)

The balance of the rental falls due 8 WEEKS before entry and can be paid by cheque to 'Mrs Fiona Graham' or Mastercard/Visa. This will only be refunded, in the event of cancellation, if the property can be re-let. We strongly recommend that a Cancellation Policy be taken out to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Bed and Breakfast Terms and Conditions

Deposit of £10 per person required to book, payable by cheque to 'Mrs Fiona Graham' or Mastercard or Visa. This is only refundable in the event of cancellation if the accommodation is re-let. In UK law once a booking is made there is a contract between yourself and the Proprietor. If the accomodation is not re-let, in the event of cancellation you are liable to 30% of the total charges within 28 days of the start of your visit, 60% within 13 days and 100% within 48 hours.
