Attractive, comfortable, first floor Apartment in an 18th century weaving Mill converted in the 1980s with its own (shared) swimming pool. The traditional stone building stands on a quiet, elevated position above the Allan Water, approx. 15 minutes walk from the town centre shops, railway station and Cathedral.

Situated just off the main A9 north-south route, and with a commuter rail service to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth, Dunblane is an excellent base from which to explore the area, with its historic buildings, battlefields and a vast spread of dramatic countryside. The Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park (a few miles to the west) with its hills and lochs, offers great opportunities for walking, cycling, sight-seeing, boating, fishing and golf. As well as Dunblane’s fine Cathedral, historic sites including the Wallace Monument, Cambuskenneth Abbey, Stirling Castle and Bannockburn all lie within 30 minutes by car.

Dunblane Railway station is a 15 minute walk, and there is an excellent bus service to Bridge of Allan, the University, Stirling city centre with its shops, bars and restaurants. The Airports of Edinburgh and Glasgow are within one hours’ travel time by road.
