Here At Mackeanston the Graham family offer stylish Dinner Bed and Breakfast and a warm welcome at their home in the heart of  Scotland. You will wake to the sound of the skylark, breathe the pure air of the Highlands and enjoy the panorama of lochs and mountains which make up the beautiful Trossachs area. Yet the cultural delights of Perth, Edinburgh and Glasgow are only an hour away.

This is Scotland in miniature, an area made famous by writers such as Sir Walter Scott, Robert Burns and William Wordsworth. Stirling Castle, the National Wallace Monument, and majestic Ben Ledi are within sight of the house. Westwards lie Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine and Loch Voil, in the heart of Rob Roy and William Wallace country featured in the “Braveheart” and “Rob Roy” films. Golf Courses within 35 minutes include Gleneagles, Loch Lomond, Callander, Aberfoyle and Bridge of Allan.

Master Bedroom
Super King-size Double bed with canopy.
Luxuriously large Master Bathroom; extra large shower with Disabled seat and support  rail; the Bath is sited in the middle of the floor with views through the bedroom to the Gargunnock Hills beyond.

Yellow Bedroom
Twin beds are convertible into a Super King size Double. A charming room with views over the garden and to the west. Full-size ensuite Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and wc.

Both bedrooms are wi-fi enabled.

N.B. We offer secure, private Parking and accept Dogs by arrangement.

DIRECTIONS: Exit M9 Stirling/Perth Motorway at Junction 10; follow A84 for Crianlarich for 5 mls. Before Doune turn left on B826 Thornhill road. After 2 miles take farm road on left, then private drive on right ‘Mackeanston House’  just before farmyard.
