We have two Luxury first Floor Apartments (CASTLE VIEW and RIVER VIEW) in the award-winning Cooperage Quay complex built in 2000/01 on the banks of the River Forth on the site of the old 15th Century Port in the Riverside area of Stirling. One has a superb view of the Castle and farmland across the river.
Nearby, across a footbridge, stand the peaceful ruins and tower of 13th Century Cambuskenneth Abbey, dominated by the rock of Abbey Craig on which stands the National Monument to Sir William Wallace, hero and martyr of Scotland.

Both apartments have their own parking, with additional space for visitors. Stirling’s main railway station is just a 10 minutes walk, with hourly or half-hourly services to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Perth and further destinations. A local bus service runs to the city bus station, whence there are frequent services to the University and surrounding towns & villages. The main Motorway (M8/M9) network is accessible within a few minutes, and Edinburgh & Glasgow Airports are less than an hour’s drive.

This is an ideal location from which to tour the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, the Highlands and the Fife Coast with its quaint fishing villages, beaches, fine restaurants and “links” golf courses, including the St.Andrews courses.

Accommodation

Each first floor apartment is fully-furnished and sleeps 5/6 people, accessed either via the Rear Entrance from the reserved Parking bay, or by the Front Entrance with secure entry-phone.

Double bed, en-suite Shower room with w.h.b. and toilet, fitted (mirrored) wardrobe and chest of drawers. Hair dryer provided.

TWIN BEDROOM
with 2 single beds, fitted (mirrored) wardrobe and chest of drawers.

BATHROOM (off hallway)
with bath and shower (over), w.h.b. and toilet.

SITTING ROOM/DINING AREA
with a comfortable sofa, a double sofa-bed, dining table & 4 chairs, TV/DVD player, coffee tables, wireless Broadband, and panoramic views of the river and Stirling Castle. 

KITCHEN
fully-equipped with cooking utensils, place settings for 6, gas cooker with extractor hood, microwave, food mixer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine/dryer. Breakfast bar & stools. Gas Central Heating throughout.

High Season (Apr - end Oct): Normally weekly, Saturday to Saturday Low Season (Nov - end Mar): Lets in excess of a week may be considere(apply for details).  Short Lets for business people (on application).

ENTRY: from 4.pm on day of Arrival, exit by 10am on day of departure.
